Good evening, This message is from Evergreen Park School. A reminder that the grade 3-5 holiday concert will take place on Tuesday, December 12th at 6:30p.m.. Doors will open at 6:15. p.m. If possible, please bring a non-perishable item. Last day for cafeteria service will be Friday December 15th. Tis the season for giving and there are several fun opportunities to do so this week! You can contribute nonperishable food items or baby food for the Fill the Bus /Peter McKee food campaigns and by donating a dollar and wearing a hat or crazy hair on Wednesday. Holiday fun continues this week, students can wear Red and Green on Tuesday and they can wear an ugly /cute holiday sweaters on Friday. If you have not paid your child’s student fees, please do so as soon as possible. You can pay the fees by using SchoolCash online, cheque, or cash. Please ensure children are dressed appropriately for at least half an hour of outdoor play. A warm jacket/ coat, hat, scarf, mittens/gloves, snowpants (for younger students) and boots are required. A friendly reminder Parent-Teacher interviews will be held tomorrow Thursday, December 7th, from 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. and Friday, December 8th from 8:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. Please note students stay home on Friday due to Parent-Teacher interviews in the morning and staff professional learning during the afternoon. The Book Fair will be open on Thursday from 8:30 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. and will reopen on Friday from 8:30 a.m.- 11:30 a.m. You are all invited to attend and see all the lovely books and items available. Friday, December 22nd will be a half day for students. Good evening, This message is from Evergreen Park School.  There will be a pick-up for the Home and School Christmas catalogue orders on Tuesday, December 5th from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Please come to the cafeteria doors by the Kiss and Ride. Orders not picked up Tuesday will be sent home with students. Please contact the Home and School through their Facebook page with any questions. The next home and school meeting is Tuesday, December 5th at 7:00 p.m. in the school cafeteria. Everyone is welcome! Students will receive their first term report card on Monday, December 4th. Good afternoon, This message is from Evergreen Park School. EPS Home and School would like to inform you the Christmas catalogue orders have arrived. A pick-up will be held Tuesday, November 28th from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the school. Please come to the cafeteria doors off the Kiss and Ride. Please note a few orders have items that are backordered – these should arrive in the next few weeks; you will be contacted once they arrive. Please contact the Home and School through their Facebook page with any questions. Our annual Book Fair will take place the week of December 4th– 8th.  If you can give a helping hand, please call the school (506) 856-3476 and leave your contact information.  Mrs. Law, school librarian, will reach out to you. On Wednesday, students are encouraged to bring in $1.00 and wear their favorite sport’s jersey to school.  Donations collected will be deposited in the school’s Goodwill account.  This account is used to help families in need during the school year and especially during the holiday season.  Have a relaxing evening and make it a wonderful week, Mrs. Panagiotakis
