Good evening EPS Families, As we move into the festive season, we want to take a moment to share some important reminders and updates to ensure the safety and well-being of our students, as well as keep you informed about upcoming events. Safety First Winter Clothing DonationsAs the temperatures continue to drop, please ensure your child is dressed warmly for outdoor activities. If you have gently used winter jackets, snow pants, boots, gloves, scarves, or hats, we would greatly appreciate your donations to help families in need. Upcoming Events Annual Christmas Concert:Join us on Tuesday, December 16th for a wonderful evening of music as our Grade 3โ€“5 students share the joy of the season. Doors open at 6:15 PM. Please consider bringing a non-perishable food item to support our Fill the Bus Food Campaign. Cafeteria Service:The cafeteria will close after Thursday, December 18th and resume service on Monday, January 5th. Christmas Break:Last day of school: Friday, December 19thClasses resume: Monday, January 5th, 202 Thank you for your continued cooperation and support in keeping our students safe. Good evening! Java Moose coffee orders are IN and the Home & School Association will have orders available for pickup TOMORROW and FRIDAY from 2pm until 3pm in the cafeteria. If you ordered coffee and pick up your child, please don’t go home without your coffee orders. Please bring a reusable grocery bag or two with you for your orders!! The Home & School ladies will also be available with coffee orders to pick-up the night of the Christmas concert, Tuesday December 16, from 6:15PM until 8PM. If you cannot make it to the school during one of these times, please contact the Home & School Association to make arrangements, ephomeandschool@gmail.com. A reminder that there will be raffle tickets available for sale on December 16 at the Christmas concert, for a gift card wreath worth over $500! The winner will be drawn at the concert. Good afternoon, The Home & School Association will be selling raffle tickets to a gift card wreath tonight at Parent Teacher Interviews. The wreath is valued at over $500 – it would make a great treat for someone before Christmas! Tickets will be $2, 3 for $5, or 10 for $10. Tickets will be on sale again at our Christmas concert on December 16, and a winner will be drawn that evening.  Turkey Dinner Special โ€“ Tuesday, December 9Our cafeteria will be serving a Turkey Dinner Plate with dessert for studentsโ€”one day only! Enjoy a delicious meal featuring roasted turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, gravy, and dessert for just $6.60. Orders must be placed online. Donโ€™t miss out on this festive treat!
