Home and School Association: The Evergreen Park Home and School is excited to offer a new fundraiser for all the coffee lovers! Students will come home with a form to sell Java moose coffee. It is available in three options: beans, grounds and pods, with plenty of flavours to choose from! Please insure you correctly fill out the form as those without a name and phone number will not be accepted. Orders will arrive approximately two weeks after they’re submitted! Forms and payment must be returned to school no later than February 25th. Cheques can be made out to Evergreen Park Home and School.  Bernice McNaughton’s Production of Cinderella: A friendly reminder to send $5.00 if your child will be attending the enchanting production of Cinderella with their class. Thank you to all the parents who have already submitted the entrance fee. Your promptness is greatly appreciated!

 Snapology Afterschool Enrichment: Starting on March 11th, Snapology will be offering an exciting afterschool enrichment program for our students. If you are interested in registering your child, please refer to the attachment for details (you will receive the attachment in an email). This is a wonderful opportunity for your child to engage in fun and educational activities!

 St. Valentine’s Day Celebration: We encourage all students to wear their most comfortable red pajamas to school on Friday, February 14th, to celebrate St. Valentine’s Day. Donations of $1.00 are welcome to help replenish the school’s Goodwill account, which supports our families in need. Let’s make this day special and show our love and support for our community!

Cafeteria Service Update: Please note that there will be no cafeteria service on Wednesday, February 12th. Kindly ensure your child brings a lunch to school on this day. Cafeteria service will resume as normal on Thursday, February 13th. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Safety Reminders: Your cooperation is crucial to keep everyone safe on school grounds. Please remember to:

• Drive carefully and reduce your speed.
• Avoid parking on the designated sidewalk.
• Be very vigilant when backing up.
• Always display your permit if you are parking in the handicap-reserved spots.
• Be patient and respectful to each other during morning and afternoon dismissal. Your children are watching and learning from your actions.
