This message is from Evergreen Park School.

Students will be receiving their second term report card on Thursday, April 11th. Please review your child’s progress with him/her and return the comment sheet and envelope to the homeroom teacher.

Student-led conferences will take place on Monday, April 15th from 8:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. and will resume on Thursday, April 18th from 5:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. Your child will showcase their portfolios and share activities they have done in class. If you require a meeting with your child’s teacher, please send a request and the teacher will make the necessary arrangements to meet with you. Please note the grade 1 teachers will be having parent-teacher interviews like first term. More information will be sent to the grade 1 families soon.

Our annual Spring Book Fair will be taking place on April 15th-19th. If you can volunteer, please call the school, and leave a message for Mrs. Law, librarian. Volunteers are needed during the school day and Thursday evening of that week. Mrs. Law would appreciate your help.

Our annual spring concert (k-grade 2) will take place on Tuesday, May 28th. All family and friends of students in K-2 are invited to an evening of song. The concert will begin at 6:30 p.m.

I am happy to announce the following students won the Ryan Gunn for Fun contest. Their stories will be published, and they will be invited to present at the Frye Festival for kids. Bravo! Well done!
