“Good evening, Evergreen Park families!

A notice went home today in your child’s mailbag regarding our Evergreen Park Home & School Association. Please review this and consider joining this parent-run group to help plan events for students, and support staff and administration. Attendance at meetings is not mandatory, but members reserve the right to vote on all major decisions, and it is a great way to make your child’s school experience even better. Every new idea and new face is welcome, and volunteers to help run these events are always needed. Information, a link to the Facebook page, and sign-up space is on the notice. The next Home & School meeting is October 15 at 7 p.m. in the school cafeteria. Thank you for considering helping this group and helping invest in our school.”

We’d also like to keep up to date with the Home and School tab on our Evergreen website this year? Can we please post the member recruitment poster that went home with students (re-attached here) to that page with the following text?

“Our Evergreen Park Home & School association is a parent-run group of volunteers that plan, and host school events and fun for our students, and appreciation for staff and administration. Fundraising efforts support these events and also fulfill wants and wishes of our teachers for in-class room products and use. The Home & School’s goal is to make a better school experience for all of our children.

The next Home & School meeting will be held on October 15, 2025, at 7 p.m. in the school cafeteria.”
