This message is from Evergreen Park School. 

There will be a pick-up for the Home and School Christmas catalogue orders on Tuesday, December 5^th from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Please come to the cafeteria doors by the Kiss and Ride. Orders not picked up Tuesday will be sent home with students. Please contact the Home and School through their Facebook page with any questions. The next home and school meeting is Tuesday, December 5^th at 7:00 p.m. in the school cafeteria. Everyone is welcome!

Students will receive their first term report card on Monday, December 4^th.

Parent-Teacher interviews will be on Thursday, December 7^th, from 5:30 p.m.- 7:30 p.m. and Friday, December 8^th from 8:30 a.m.-11:30 a.m.  Please note there will be no school for students on Friday, December 8^th due to Parent-Teacher interviews and professional learning for staff.

If you can help with our Book Fair between December 4^th-8^th, please call the school at (506) 856-3476 and leave your contact information.

Staff and students would like to thank everyone who donated to our annual Walk-a-thon.  We collected $8999.50.  As a result of we are contributing $8 000 to the Home and School Association to purchase a piece of equipment for the school playground. 

The grades 3-5 holiday concert will take place on Tuesday, December 12^th at 6:30 p.m.

The Anglophone East Fill the Bus and Peter McKee Baby Food campaigns begin on Monday December 4^th.   Please support by donating non-perishable food items and/or baby food.  You can help our community by dropping off donations in the yellow school bus located in front of the main office.

On Wednesday, December 6^th, students can support the Goodwill fund by donating a $1.00 and dressing like they are from the 80s.

Last day of cafeteria service is December 15^th.
