🍎 EPS Breakfast Program Launch
We are pleased to announce that our Breakfast Program will officially open its doors on Wednesday, October 1st. This initiative is designed to support students who may not have time to eat breakfast at home. All students are welcome, and there is no cost to participate.
Breakfast will be served daily from 7:45 AM to 8:05 AM, and will include a variety of nutritious options such as:
• boiled eggs, cereal, milk, yogurt, cheese, granola bars, seasonal fruit and, apple sauce.
To help make this program a success, we are looking for at least 8 parent- volunteers to assist with serving breakfast. If you are available one morning per week from 7:45–8:15 AM, and would like to contribute to this meaningful initiative, please contact the school or email Mrs. Panagiotakis directly Antigone.Panagiotakis@nbed.nb.ca .
Please note: All volunteers must be approved by the Anglophone East School District. You can apply by visiting the ASD-E website.

🏫 Meet the Teacher Night – Wednesday, September 24th 6:00- 7:15 PM
We’ve made a slight change to the format of our upcoming Meet the Teacher event. The evening will begin in the gymnasium with a brief welcome and the selection of our Parent School Support Committee (PSSC).
Following the meeting, families will have the opportunity to:
• Visit the school/classrooms
• Meet their child’s teacher
• Receive handouts outlining curriculum outcomes and classroom expectations

Please remember: If you wish to discuss your child’s academic progress in detail, we kindly ask that you schedule a separate appointment with the teacher, as this evening is not intended for individual conferences.

🚗 Traffic Safety Reminder
For everyone’s safety, we ask that you reduce your speed when driving on school grounds.
A reminder that during dismissal the Kiss and Ride area in front of the main doors is reserved for daycare vans and buses ONLY. Parents should park in the designated parking lot if space is available. If the lot is full, please park on the street and be mindful of city signage. Please remember that parking your vehicle on the field is STRICKLY prohibited.

Picture Day
A reminder…. Picture Day will take place on Monday, September 22nd and Tuesday, September 23rd.

🏀 YMCA Outdoor 3v3 Basketball Tournament
The YMCA will be hosting an exciting 3v3 Outdoor Basketball Tournament on Saturday, September 27th (rain date: September 28th) at their North End location.
There are two age divisions, with Division A for youth aged 12–14 and Division B for youth aged 15-18.
