We’re excited to share some great news from Chartwells Eats, our school meal provider!
🍽️ Same-Day Meal Ordering Now Available!
Chartwells is pleased to announce that families can now place same-day meal orders through their online platform, Chartwells Eats. Orders can be submitted up until 8:00 AM local time each day, making mornings a little easier for busy households.
❌ Cancellations
The cancellation process remains unchanged:
You can cancel and credit your orders from the Scheduled Orders page until 12:00 AM (midnight) the night before the meal is served.
In case of an emergency on the morning of service, please email chartwellseats.support@compass-canada.com before 8:00 AM with your order details. This ensures your order can be cancelled and credited before the meal is prepared.
🖼️ Picture Orders Reminder
A friendly reminder that Picture orders are due by Tuesday, October 7th.
Each student received an envelope with:
- A QR code and web password for online ordering
- A list of available packages
Families choosing to pay by cash or cheque can send the envelope to the office, and we’ll ensure it gets to Harvey’s Studios.
