Good evening,

This is a message from Evergreen Park School.

Kiss and Ride Area
The Kiss and Ride located in front of the school is reserved only for daycare vans and buses during after-school pick-up.
Parents picking up their children must park in the school parking lot and not in the designated daycare/bus area. Thank you for helping us keep this space safe and organized for everyone.

Safety Reminders
• Dogs are not permitted on school grounds during school hours. Please help us maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all students.
• When driving on school property, reduce your speed and remain vigilant. Student safety is our top priority.

Report Cards & Parent-Teacher Interviews
• Report Cards will be sent home on Wednesday, December 3rd.
• Parent-Teacher Interviews will take place:
o Thursday, December 4th from 5 :30 PM – 7 :30 PM
o Friday, December 5th from 8 :30 AM – 11 :30 AM

Please note : Students will stay home on Friday, December 5th.
More details regarding interviews will be sent home by your child’s teacher.

Fill the Bus Campaign
We are thrilled to participate in the 26th Annual Fill the Bus Campaign to support School Food Programs in Anglophone East through Feed NB.
• Dates : November 24th – December 31st
• All funds raised will support school food programs, and all donated food items will go to local food banks.
If you would like to contribute, please send items with your child. Donations will be placed in the yellow school bus located in front of the main office. Thank you for helping us make a difference!

Christmas Concert
Our Grade 3–5 students will perform in the annual Christmas Concert on Tuesday, December 16th. Join us for an evening of singing and holiday cheer!
(Our K–2 students will perform in the annual Spring Concert.)

Attendance & SafeArrival
Students must arrive by 8:00 AM. We have noticed an increase in tardiness, which disrupts learning for others.
If your child is late or absent, please report it through SafeArrival. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us maintain a smooth start to the school day.
Thank you for your continued support and partnership in making Evergreen Park a safe, caring, and vibrant learning community!

Have a restful weekend,
Mrs. Antigone Panagiotakis
