YOUNG ENTREPRENEURS will be “Open for Business” Thursday, June 4th
Over the past several weeks, our grade 5 students have been participating in Power Play Young Entrepreneurs®, an engaging, hands-on program that empowers students to develop their own businesses. These enterprising students have committed to building new financial literacy skills and are now ready to display their business plans and market their products. Our Young Entrepreneurs invite parents, teachers, and students to attend their Young Entrepreneur Show TM (see details below).
This showcase event is educational for our school community. Other students will have the opportunity to be inspired, learn about business, and have fun.
Students throughout the school will visit the Young Entrepreneur Show TM with their classes Thursday morning during regular class time. Students may want to bring along some money for spending. Parents will be able to come in on Friday to view the displays and to shop. There will be a variety of crafts and lots of creative surprises!
