Good evening,
This message is from Evergreen Park school.
Walk-A-Thon – Wednesday, November 5 (Morning)
Our rescheduled Walk-A-Thon will take place tomorrow morning along the NorthWest Trail. Originally planned for Halloween, the event was postponed due to inclement weather.
To show our school spirit and unity, we invite all students to wear EPS gear or something green as we walk together in celebration of wellness, community, and our incredible fundraising success — over $9,000 raised! Thank you for your continued support!
🎖️ Remembrance Day Assembly – Friday, November 7 at 10:20 AM
We warmly welcome parents and guardians who are current or former members of the Canadian Forces or First Responders to join us in uniform for our Remembrance Day Assembly. Your presence is a meaningful tribute to the service and sacrifice we honour on this day. Our office staff will be happy to guide you to guest seating upon arrival.
Students who are members of Cadets, Scouts Canada, or Girl Guides of Canada are encouraged to wear their uniforms to school on November 7 to show their pride and respect.
If you wish to contribute, our school will be forwarding all donations to the Royal Canadian Legion in support of veterans and their families.
Please note:
Monday, November 10 – No school (Staff Professional Development)
Tuesday, November 11 – School closed in observance of Remembrance Day
🐾 A Gentle Reminder
For the safety and comfort of all students, dogs are not permitted on school grounds. We have several students with a fear of dogs, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.
Thank you for your continued support and partnership.
Have a good evening,
Mrs. Antigone Panagiotakis
