This message is from Evergreen Park School.

This is a friendly reminder that on Monday, April 8^th students will be dismissed early due to the solar eclipse. Students in grades k-2 will be dismissed at 11:00 a.m. and students in grades 3-5 will be dismissed at 11:30 a.m. The cafeteria will be closed Monday; service will resume on Tuesday.

Students will receive their report cards on April 11^th. Student-led conferences will take place on Monday, April 15^th from 8:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. and will resume on Thursday, April 18^th from 5:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. Students will showcase their portfolios and share activities they have done in class. If you wish to meet with your child’s teacher, please send a request to your child’s teacher and arrangements will be made. Please note the grade 1 teachers will be having parent-teacher interviews only.

Our annual Spring Book Fair will be taking place on April 15^th-19^th. We need volunteers. Please call the school 506 856-3476 if you can help us.

With the wet and muddy conditions of our playgrounds, it is highly recommended your child wear splash pants when playing outside during recess. An extra change of clothes in their bookbag may also be beneficial. This will alleviate the number of phone calls asking parents to bring a change of clothes to school during the day.
